Bible Barn is happy to bill churches and individuals with established credit on a monthly basis. Payment is expected when statement is received.
To establish credit, a church or individual, should contact us with their information, including their tax exempt number. We reserve the right to deny credit to any church or individual we are not comfortable with. Yes, we have had one individual and one church give us checks well over 100.00 and they were forgeries. We apologize for any problems this might be to you. But we want to be able to keep our prices affordable to all our customers.
We believe you will receive prompt, and dependable service. Our products are of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied, for example, orders arriving too late, not what you expected, can be returned within 30 days of shipment date. Please call for authorization. When mailing your order, please include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice, and the reason for the return. Also, send it with signature confirmation. You, the customer are responsible for the item until you have proof that we signed for it. We also suggest you insure it since things do get lost in transit. Once we have the product in our possession a credit will be applied to your next order or a refund may be requested. We will send you that refund by check or money order as the credit card processors have expensive rates or via PayPal if the purchase was made that way. Please note the following ARE NOT RETURNABLE:, CDs, videos, DVDs or software. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Also, we can not give a refund for a book or Bible we have imprinted to your specifications. Please note the shipping is a non refundable item. Also, you will be charged a $3.00 restocking fee.
All returns MUST BE COMPLETED within 30 Days of Purchase via mail order. Or walk in customers have up to 2 weeks from purchase to make returns.
AT NO TIME send us your Credit or Debit card number by email. We repeat DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD number by Email. If you do we are NOT responsible for any third party who might get it while in cyber space.

We use this information to correspond with you about your order or items of interest you might have. You are our friend and customer. Your information is safe with us. For those who give us a credit card number over the phone, that number is never stored on the computer. The online store is supported by Pay Pal who also keeps your information confidential. We will never ask for your credit card number, social security number by email. We are here to serve God by serving you and will honor your privacy.
- How will I know if Bible Barn received my order?
Once we receive your order by email, we will verify the products are in stock and send you an email. When we are ready to ship, you will receive another email with possibly a confirmation number from the USPS or UPS. We will try to contact you by phone should a problem arise.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal. We do not accept American Express. Churches and other non-profit organizations may set up a charge account. You will need to request a Tax form to fill out and submit your Tax Free Number. Smaller churches often don’t have this and that is not a problem. Also please note, Bible Barn will NEVER ask for your credit card number by email. We will not ask for your Social Security Number either. Don’t be fooled by thieves. If in doubt, call us 1-866-971-9069 to place your order. Your information is secure with us.
- Can I send a purchase to another address?
Certainly, Bible Barn will be happy to send your purchase where ever you desire. The packing slip will not include the price or shipping. It will be in your confirmation email.
- Do you mail Books or Bible to Jails?
Yes. Most Bibles need to be Paperback. You will need to check with the facility to see what their requirements are. We will then mail the Bible to the inmate via trackable priority mail. You will need to supply the address and inmate number so that we may address it properly. This provides us with a confirmation number that your bible was delivered. Otherwise, media mail is often misplaced and the inmate doesn’t receive their Bible.
- Do you charge Sales Tax?
According to the Texas Tax Laws, Bibles are non-taxable. This includes, printed, and audio versions. Commentaries do not fall in this category. Unless you are a church or other non-profit organization, you will be charged tax (8.25) if you are a Texas resident. Out of State customers are not charged sales tax
